Milling

Our experienced employees produce high complicated forms out of machinable materials with 3 and 5 axis milling machines with high speed powering in the domain of milling. Parts up to 2000 x 810 x 810 mm can be precisely and accurately worked out by our machines.

Turning

In our modern turnery we finish our whole consume of turning parts. We can handle with parts up to a diameter of 600mm and a maximum length of 2000mm on our numerically controlled turning machine.

Deep-hole drilling

Thanks to the deep-hole drilling we can drill precisely very long holes. Therefore we are able to put the cooling system in an optimal way to guarantee a minimum of cycle time.

• Drilling diameter: 6 mm to 32 mm
• Drilling depth: 1000 mm from the side
• Drilling full length of 2000 mm
• Drilling centred, eccentric or at any angle is possible
